The 2012 Leytonstone Festival will run from Thursday 12 July to Sunday 22 July, inclusive.
Our intention is for it to feature a broad spectrum of the arts, cater for all ages and backgrounds, and wherever possible showcase local talent.
Please note that though we do not accept proposals that are solely aimed at the promotion of religious or political views, our definition of the arts is liberal, and we welcome both the traditional and the experimental.
If you would like to be part of the 2012 Festival, please fill in the application form here, and submit it to the address specified by 27 April (please note that this deadline is final).
As in the past, the Leytonstone Festival Association will be offering modest support to performers and event organisers (typically sums in the range £50 to £300), and if you need such support, there is space on the application form to request it.
Finally, we are organising two public meetings in the early months of 2012 where you can find out more about the 2012 Leytonstone Festival, and discuss how you would like to participate. These meetings will be held at The Epicentre, 41 West Street, E11 4LJ (020 8539 2432) on 9 February and 29 March, and run from 19.00 to 21.00.
